Instructions

To get the best suction out of your plate and bowl, ensure that the surface is clean and dry prior to application.  
Press firmly in the centre sections using either your finger or the tip of a spoon. It may help to flex the suction base before application so that the suction base is slightly curved, creating a vacuum effect.
After pressing down on the plate/bowl, including centre and sectioned compartments of the plate, always check suction.
To release, simply lift the tab. 
The suction adheres best to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as plastic, tile, glass, fibreglass or metal. High chairs or wooden surfaces that are textured or porous will make it difficult to achieve lasting suction power.
