Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@blwessentials.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you must contact us before returning any items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer and is at your discretion. BLW Essentials are not responsible for any items that go missing or get damaged on return. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received by us.
Faulty items and issues
Each item is checked for any defects. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review the issues and make it right, if applicable.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The best way to change an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Please contact us at contact@blwessentials.com if you have not received a refund by this timeframe.
